UnplugAlways YES or NO?

the /UnplugAlways parameter in the nssstart.cfg should increase the nss performance on OES2 Linux Servers with SP1 and newer...

As written in the OES2 SP2 File System Administration Guide:
Novell Documentation

Also the same stuff is in TID 7001214...

but since a few weeks theres an additional comment in the TID, that this parameter should turned off again.....

"...
When using NSS file systems on OES2 with patch levels beyond FCS, please verify the UnplugAlways parameter is disabled again (value is set to OFF), or disable this as suggested in the resolution field above...."

what is the actual state of this parameter? on or off???????
(I assume, ON means "/UnplugAlways" and OFF means "/NoUnplugAlways")

And is it really a noticeable performance difference???

Thanks
