Doing some investigating on where space is going. Many users are forwarding docs from groupwise DMS. The attachments appear to be document references (little gw globe on the attachment) instead of just a plain acrobat file. My understanding is that these should basically be "shortcuts" unless sent OUTSIDE of the office, which would then attach the actual document.

So why are these emails taking up hundreds of megs of space? Should just be pointers to the docs in libraries. No?
