We have a few workstations where users cannot login (using eDir credentials) after locking the workstation, they get NMAS error -1639. We're using XP and client v4.91 SP5 with all post SP5 patches.

Users are able to login to Windows locally with all network drive still available.

I've searched the support site, all I can find for a solution is "Contact a Novell® support provider."

Any suggestions?
