I have 800 total machines, about 590 running Zenworks.

One problem I constantly have is users rebooting their PCs during patching.

I had one person today get prompted about upgrading her PC to Office 2007. The uninstall completed, however as the tray icon messages were displaying she decided to reboot her computer as it was slow. And so I end up spending an hour and a half fixing it.

This is all too common. How do you prevent this problem? Prompting them, giving them the ability to postpone, displaying messages during the install - none of this is preventing this issue for me.

I tried putting in Noclose=1 to prevent them from rebooting, but that only works from the Start/Shutdown menu. It has no effect on Control Alt Delete.

Looking for other suggestions.
