Hi !

In our school district we use Avira anti-virus in French. Even if Avira is in the Product Recognition Knowledgebase (we use the last PRU of July 2010 ZENworks 7.5 Asset Management July 2010 PRU), we can't see it our inventory asset. I think it's because the French version isn't recognized.

I have already read and tried steps according to the "ZENworks 10 Asset Management SP3 10.3" (March 30, 2010) PDF to add the Avira version that we use to our inventory, but it seems to be impossible to add it as a "Local Software Products" since the custom report definition doesn't find any Avira's files. I tried to create reports with "Create from Software Files" and
"create from Unique Software Files".

To be sure to add Avira's files in the inventory I have already checked "Recurring Scan" and "Scan Now" in the "Collect Software File Information". I have also checked "Include directories with recognized products" and added the Avira's software directory and an executable path in the "Files and paths to include in collection:"

Does somebody has an idea how to get Avira in our inventory asset?
