I have a functioning OES2SP1 name server. The powers that be have decided that our domain name is changing. My thoughts were that I could just add a zone for the new domain name to my existing configuration and just migrate things over as I need them. So I created the new zone and the very last thing that it tells me is:

If you have created a primary zone, you are reminded to create the Address record for the host server domain name and corresponding Pointer record in the IN-ADDR.ARPA zone (if you have not already done so).

What is the "host server domain name"? Is that supposed to be the A record for my OES DNS server? I went forward on the assumption that it was and I created an A record in the new zone for the existing DNS server. It refuses to create a PTR record because one already exists, in the old domain. I'm missing something fundamental here, could somebody clue me in, please?
