In an effort to simplify my life I have been giving users passwords that
basically are their name. Usually first name and last name all lower case
with one number substituted for a letter like: johnd0e

Yesterday afternoon I am out to a client call. Phone rings. Co-owner of
the company.

R: Dave, I can't log into the network.

D: Did you change your password?

R: No.

D: What happens when you try to log in?

R: Novell tells me someone tried to log in too many times with the wrong

D: I'll fix it tomorrow.

Idiot proof it and they upgrade the idiots just to mess with you.
