I was wondering if anyone has experienced this or if anyone is are aware of a fix.

We were about to update our ZCM agents from 10.2 to 10.3 but ran into this problem. As soon as ESM 3.5 is installed on any ZCM 10.3 machine you can't login, and the machine blue screens with a critical error.

The only way around this is to login in workstation only and the perform a secondary login.
