If I have Outlook on my laptop, using it for IMAP mail, and not connected to an
Exchange server, if my laptop is lost or stolen, how difficult is it to get to
all of the mail on the laptop?

I.e., I'm assuming I can password protect Outlook? Are there easy "crack" to

Are PSTs themselves passworded/encrypted? I.e., if I had access to a laptop
with Outlook on it, could I just copy the PST off, and open it with another copy
of Outlook on an entirely different machine? I know that there are MANY third
party products that purport to be "PST readers and extractors", so I'm wondering
where in the process the "security" lies? Is it just in a password somewhere?
