I have downloaded and installed Craig's latest Proxy.cfg but that did
not Help. I read Tip 29 at his site but I can't find where Andy
Rowland is putting the "do not cache or split replies" parameter in the
proxy.cfg. It does not appear in Craig's proxy and it does not appear
in the TID 10059667 on the Proxy.cfg parameters. Does anyone know
where this parameter is supposed to be set?

Is anyone else having problems accessing the new Windows Update site
through the BorderManager proxy?
