OKay this is my issue with DHCP.

I got a ubuntu server running that got the ICS standard DHCP server running, handling my DHCP assignments.

Now, I want this moved to Novell DNS/DHCP running OES 2 SP2.

I've setup DHCP with all my options enabled, copied the Lease file into the db directory.

Shut down the ubuntu service and starting the dhcp service on the Linux OES2 server.

No computers are getting any IP addresses.

Log states theres no free leases.

Code:
Jul 28 14:30:19 sles05 dhcpd: Wrote 335 leases to leases file.
Jul 28 14:30:19 sles05 dhcpd: Listening on LPF/eth0/00:1a:4b:4d:3e:d3/10.10/16
Jul 28 14:30:19 sles05 dhcpd: Sending on LPF/eth0/00:1a:4b:4d:3e:d3/10.10/16
Jul 28 14:30:19 sles05 dhcpd: Sending on Socket/fallback/fallback-net
Jul 28 14:30:48 sles05 dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from c2:20:ce:3e:0e:a2 via eth0: network 10.10/16: no free leases
Jul 28 14:30:53 sles05 dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from c2:20:ce:3e:0e:a2 via eth0: network 10.10/16: no free leases
Jul 28 14:31:01 sles05 dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from c2:20:ce:3e:0e:a2 via eth0: network 10.10/16: no free leases
If I remove the lease file, theres no change, but the "Wrote 335 leases" gets reduced to 0.

I've been googling the internet for this type of error but found no solution.
