The user will intermittently receive an email message that he can not print on one particular printer.

- The message prints fine on another printer, which would indicate the message is not corrupt.
- the user received a new computer, so the operating system (Win XP SP3), print drivers, etc are not corrupt.
- the same problem happened on his old computer
- the same problem happened in GW 8.0.1, before we upgraded to 8.0.2.
- we are using NDPS, but I installed iPrint and still had the problem.
- I don't think the netware client (4.91 SP4) is corrupt because both his old and new computers have the same problem.
- the printer firmware and jetdirect firmware are up to date.

Any ideas?
