This is Groupwise 8.01 on the server and the 8.01 client.

I have one user who cannot get his email replies to include the original message.
I've had him try opposite clicking on the message he wants to reply to, select reply and check the "Include message from sender" box.
Resulting email does NOT include the message.
I also had him open the message, select all or part of the message text and click on reply. None of the original message is included in his reply this way either.
Any other settings or anything under Tools - Options that I'm missing.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
