Is it possible to do a clean upgrade directly from 10.2.2 to 10.3.1? We skipped 10.3.0a because of an issue where deploying the agent caused an automatic reboot without prompting regardless of the selection, assuming we'd be able to skip over it when the new one came out. Now we can either do 10.3.0 to 10.3.1 in turn, or uninstall the agent followed by a reinstall of the new version, both require two reboots (but at least uninstalling prompts).

I don't really understand why this is the case when the packaged agent installs directly to 10.3.1 with no middle steps. Is there any way to use the complete package instead of the system updates to bypass the older versions, without getting the "agent is already installed" error?
