Helping out a friend who helps out a small non-profit group. Currently
they are using an Access DB someone has tweaked for them over the years
but would like to move to something that allows easy reconciliation of
the checks and credit card dues payments.

This doesn't need to be free just not pricey.

Users pay yearly dues which starts on the month they join. Then get a
bi-monthly magazine produced by the group which is printed by a third
party printer.

So the program needs to track users and dues and print labels for the
renewal notifications when due. Each user record needs some additional
custom fields to add notes about users.

It has to have reporting capability so that they can get a report say of
paid up members to send to the printer.

It needs to have import capability so that the check deposits and CC
payments for dues can be downloaded from the bank and matched to the
