I want to create a small library that one group of users has View access to
and that only two or three people can manage files within (add, edit,
delete, and so on). Here is what I did:

I created two distribution lists - GW-DMS_Librarians and GW-DMS_Users (My
account is in the Librarians group).
I created a library and assigned the two lists appropriate rights.Documents
are stored with the post office.
I shared the library with the two distribution lists with the appropriate

I cannot add or create documents in the library.

To troubleshoot, I granted the public full rights to the library and changed
shared general access to full. I still can't create documents.

Any ideas?
