When configuring OES services like DHCP, Clustering, etc. What do you use for the ldap userid and password that is required to configure and install these services? We have been using are own userid and password but this past weekend when migrating an old Netware cluster to OES2 we ran into an issue with this method. I used my userid/password to initially install and configure the services mentioned above. My password changed on Sunday. Some of these services were reload specifically DHCP. We had issues reloading DHCP because my password had changed. Currently we have had to set my password back to what it was when I first configured/installed these services so DHCP would load and run properly.

Has anyone else run into this problem? What userid do you guys use to do this? Do you create a service userid specifically for this? That way the password never changes? What is the best practice for this?
