We have BorderManager 3.5 and 3.7 setup to provide proxy caching. Recently without any changes to our system, users logging into their RoadRunner Webmail accounts have time out issues. We can get to the login page, then after putting in their user name and password they get timeout messages. Sometimes they are able to get in but after opening one or two messages, it times out. Most of the time they can't even log in. If we bypass our proxy server everything runs fine.

I removed caching for the web site as well as another site that they seem to go to for authentication for both http and https access. I rebooted the BM and still have problems.

Any ideas?
