Web server setup on internal, private ip address.
Reverse proxy on public ip setup in Border Manager.
..htaccess file lists a script for DirectoryIndex.

If I access the public ip address from out on the internet, I get a
login prompt (with the public ip listed), but after logging in I get a
page not found error.

If I access the public ip address from inside my private network, I
get a login prompt (with the public ip listed). But when I enter a
valid username and password, it just pops up a second login prompt
with the internal ip listed which lets me login.

On a previous server, I got around this by having an index.html file
call the script with a refresh. The refresh url to the script
included the public ip address. I had hoped to get around this and
just have the script be called directly.

Any thoughts?
