Yesterday a user received a new computer and I installed the Groupwise 8.0.2 (Windows XP Pro SP3). The user can open his Groupwise but with the first attempt to do anything (open a message, scroll down to see other messages, etc) it locks up with a "Not Responding" message. This did not happen on his old computer. I can open his Groupwise on my computer without any problems. He doesn't have any problems in any other applications. I have reinstalled the GW several times and also used the CleanIT utility to make sure all traces of the GW are removed.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated...
