We have a user who is trying to schedule appointments for himself and others using busy search. When he tries with one specific user, that user is returned with a line through his name and his status is "Response Pending". I can find this user within our Novell GroupWise Address Book, but I believe he belongs to a different GroupWise system because I cannot find him using the GroupWise System view within ConsoleOne at our site.

Is it possible to configure this user so that our users can perform busy searches on him?
