We are getting ready to do a pilot roll-out of some Windows 7 desktops and laptops but are running into an issue with workstation only logins. 10.3.1 fixed most of our roaming user login woes but not all.

Windows 7 x64
Novell Client 2 SP1 IR3
ZCM 10.3.1

When connected to our LAN (wired or wireless) logins take between 30 and 40 seconds from the time you hit enter to when you see your desktop. Let's call this acceptable/normal.

With the wireless turned off and the network cable unplugged the login still takes between 30 and 40 seconds. With the wireless turned on but not connected to any network the login still takes between 30 and 40 seconds (thank you 10.3.1).

When connected to a non business network (home, hotel, test lab, etc.) a workstation only login takes between 75 and 95 seconds. This was taking over 15 minutes until I dropped the request settings for the ZENworks agent to ridiculously low values.

Anyone have any ideas or is it time to open a SR?
