I just had one user today, running GroupWise Client 8.0.2 against 8.0.2 Post Office. When she replied to an email, she cannot type anything in the body with HTML as the view. She had to go to View, select Plain Text in order to be able to type in the message body.

I have looked through the Client settings on the GroupWise Client, on the user account, and on the Post Office settings but couldn't find anything that disables HTML compose.

I had removed and reinstalled the GroupWise Client on her PC. No change.

Any idea?
