We have ~1800 users over two POAs. Recently I have had 2 users (one on each PO) who have lost email. We currently do not have archiving running as we are moving to a new solution so it is not in the archive. GWchecks have not shown any corruption. The emails that are missing seem random and are from varying time periods. Both sent items and recieved are missing. Calendar items do not seem to be effected. Both users either used to use caching or are still using it. This appears to be the only commonality. Anyone have any ideas what to check for or why this is happening?
