My OES2 Linux was created with an NSS pool named like "BCKDATA" and created volumes like "SGDATA" and BCK. For various reasons, had to remove them and as they persisted, went ahead to clear the locations /media/nss/SGDATA and other relevant info.

But despite clearing them, when I create a new POOL, it gets created and with new volumes... yes it was done. However, the novell-nss restarted or the machine restarted, all volumes go missing and a manual try reporting that some errors with segments of SGDATA and BCK which are actually previously deleted.

Could anyone throw some lights please...
