We have 5 test users one of whom does not successfully initialize in the mobility connector status monitor. I've removed and re-added the user to both connectors. I've run maintenance on the users mailbox multiple times to be certain there were no errors, or duplicate folders. I've gone through various basic troubleshooting stuff, re-initializing, stop/starting the connectors, rebooting, removing/re-adding the user and still no luck.

Any suggestions?

The other users are initializing fine and syncing to various winmo/ ios devices. Naturaly, since this user never gets beyond the failed sync state on the mobility connector, I haven't had the opportunity to try syncing to a handset. This user did not participate in testing any prior builds.
