I have two users with iPhone 4 and Mobility who *were* correctly syncing. Last night they updated to iOS v4.1, and now they report sync troubles. The following messages were in the default.pipeline1.mobility-AppInterface.log:

After some experimenting with one of the users, I discovered I needed to DELETE their account from the MOBILITY connector, wait a minute for the delete to process, then re-add to mobility. Now the sync works properly again.

Expected behavior? Nonetheless, I hope this helps with some of your users.
