This happens very randomly, but we will get some clients that are unable to open anything from the ZENWorks Window. It just sits there and does nothing after clicking on any icon. I can connect to them via Remote Control although ZCC reports that it was unable to connect. If I check Show Properties from the ZenNotifyIcon.exe the page just sits there thinking. I can do a zac ref on the client and the Properties page will sometimes start to show info, but not always.

Rebooting or logging in as different users does not help. It only seems to connect back up when it likes and then ZCC reports all is good.

Id appreciate any insight anybody could give. Or, if any others are experiencing the same....

ZCM 10.3.1 on SLES 11 x64 w/ most clients running 10.3.0 on WinXP SP3.
