i have several time the error code 80820001 from active-sync and then it stops to synchronize the contacts and appointments, but i runs good for three or four days....

one time it helped, i deactivated the contacts and reactivated, one time i had to resync the hole mobile with the function "resync" from the Mobility Pack server.

it's a HP-IPaq Voice Messenger with Windows Mobile 6.1 with ActiveSync 4.5.0 (Build 5096) on the PC via USB.

did anybody have the same issue ?
