I work for the training branch of the DOJ, we provide classes for law enforcement and forensic scientists. Whenever a class is scheduled, there's a list of other things that need to be done before the date of the class. Ideally, I'd like to create some kind of workflow that would automatically add items to the checklist/calendar with their appropriate due dates based on the date of the class. If the date of the class changes, it'd be great if the due dates for the other tasks would automatically change ad well. Can this be done in GroupWise? If not, are there 3rd party add-ons or applications that can be used to do this?
