Good morning we have an issue with a client named

The Tools menu selections (rules / options) are grayed out in the shared mailbox and this needs to be corrected since we need to modify the rules this week.

An admin user tested the Tools menu selections while logged in as an IT Admin and the Rules and Options features were still grayed out.

(All the other shared mailboxes have complete access to the Tools menu selections for Rules and Tools.)

Would there be any reasons why this user would have their rules/options grayed out? Thank you,
