I tried to rename a groupwise user and it just sticks as a pending operation and goes no further. I disassociated the account from its edirectory counterpart with the same results.

I'm not entirely sure where the problem is or how to fix it. There is nothing in the POA log(verbose) which makes any mention of an error on the account.

Any thoughts? Do I have to backup the account, blow it away, recreate it with the new name, and restore the mail?
