Good Morning,

Periodically (once a week or so) the ZenworksWindowsService.exe crashes on my computer. When this happens, it generates a standard Windows error reporting message and the following entries in the Event Viewer:

Also, when this happens, it causes any associated Zenworks icons (either under the Start Menu or Desktop) to disappear. To fix this, I've either had to stop and restart the Novell ZENWorksAgent or reboot.

I believe the same problem is happening on quite a few different computers at our School - they're exhibiting the same disappearing icon behaviour as mine.

Any suggestions?
