This is not directly related to Mobility, as I have a customer who is using a
Droid Incredible with NotifyLink. I'm wondering if anyone here has experience
with Touchdown. This user experiences many issues with the "push" timing out
when he's in a basement, elevator, train tunnel, etc. When it happens,
Touchdown simply will not easily recover, and it often takes hours to figure out
a way to restart the sync (reboot, reconfigure, etc.).

Does anyone know if there is some place in Touchdown to extend the retry
settings? Apparently if it times out too many times in a row, it just gives up
- or at least that's what the user is reporting.
