I am looking at working with work flows for adding tasks, deadlines, time off, etc to the calendar but so far have not been able to figure out how to do this. As an example...

1) User requests leave
2) Supervisor Approves Leave
3a) User is notified via e-mail
3b) Notation is put in Teaming calendar that employee is off for that time

I can get the first 3 steps it is 3b that I can not figure out. Any suggestions?
