I have a single User receiving the message "Novell Secret Store Locked"
upon login regardless of the PC they use.

I've googled for the resolution and I'm still spinning my wheels.

We have IDM 3.6.1 in place...I should be able to blow away this person's
Secret Store-right? In the past, a long time ago, I could've sworn you
could blow away an attribute on the UserID within ConsoleOne.
