We have about 400 users on our GW system and most of them make use of Caching Mailboxes as many travel.

We have endless problems with broken Caching Mailboxes! We have set limits on Online as well as Limits Apply to Cache = on.

When a cached mailbox break the following generally happens:
- Duplicated items into the thousand in the Trash Folder. Gets more with every sync - the online mailbox is fine.
- Reports that GroupWise needs to rebuild the caching mailbox. - online is fine not issues.

We end up recreating these caching mailboxes. It is a problem when the user is out of the office and tries to rebuild a 800Mb cached mailbox over 3G / or other mobile coms.

Hope someone can give some sort of advice here.
