We have a couple of Windows Servers that are not part of eDirectory. (Don't want to go there yet.)

Anyway, we used to be able to access the BM Proxy Login page when using IE. Now we only get the "403 Forbidden - Access Has been denied because you are not logged in" error page. When I looked at my BM server (NW 6.5 SP 4a, BM 3.8 SP4 with other patches) I see the error below on the Tomcat load. Any Ideas????
