We have a server that for various reasons needs to completely bypass our
BorderManager transparent proxy. We've made the address exception in the
transparent proxy settings. And this allows the server (web server) to be
successfully NAT'd through Border and accessed on the outside. However,
when attempting to browse the Internet on this server (Yes, it's a Windows
box), one is still required to authenticate to the transparent proxy.

My thinking was that if an address exception was made in the transparent
proxy, the web browsing from that server wouldn't need to authenticate to
the proxy. But apparently it does. Is there any way (read easy way) around
