In XP, I was able to enable passive login mode via the registry to disable the netware login screen at bootup. It's very helpful as we're migrating to a Windows file server in stages, and we'd like to retain access to the netware server but have users auth against the windows domain.

In Windows 7, the passive mode registry setting doesn't seem to do anything. Is there any way to disable the novell login at windows startup, but still retain the client to manually open it up and map the drives after a user has logged into windows? It's just too confusing for our users to figure out "computer only logon" really means domain logon.
