Not finding a SLES 11 Entitlement for Data Sync in our Customer Center,
I started a chat request to ask a CSR how that was supposed to work.
They said to use any available SLES code. This seemed a little strange,
as both GroupWise and Zen list their own entitlements with codes.

Does this info match what others have been told?

Okay, under the Novell Open Enterprise Server, you have a line item for
SUSE and the code there as well

You don't need a specific SLES entitlement for data sync, but if you
were looking for the SLES code, it's in there under the OES.

Does that help answer your question?

yes, there are SLES codes there. As I understood it, the OES codes are
for SLES 10 only and didn't cover the required SLES 11 license for data
sync. Am I mistaken?

SLES isn't version specific. So you can use one of the SLES 10 codes,
as long as it hasn't expired
