I have a situation in which no one can access the Internet from one
particular workstation when using a BM 3.7 server as a proxy. If they use
our other BM proxy server (which is 3.8) they are granted transparent
Internet access without difficulty. Until recently the problem
workstation did work properly for everyone.

The users on the problem machine only receive the Novell BorderManager
login screen (which we occasionally see on other machines as well), which
raises a second problem: no one in our company can ever login
successfully when presented with this screen.

So my two questions are:

1) What could be causing transparent Internet access from happening on
the problem workstation?


2) What could be keeping everyone in the company from being able to
successfully login to the Novell BM login screen when presented with it?
