I have been running Bm38sp3 with Linkwall for the longest time without a
problem. It just runs and does it's job. For some strange reason I felt the
need to install sp4 with ir5 because I was told by Novell that it fixes alot
of issues and performance will increase. Well to my dismay when the upgrade
was finished the server came back ok and bordermanager loaded fine but then
Linkwall loaded and the server started to abend uncontrollably. I had to
remove linkwall from the access list and not run it. So we dont have any
content filtering. This morning I reinstalled linkwall
and the same thing happened. Bordermanager runs fine without Linkwall but
with it abends occur. I havent thought about rebuilding the entire server to
get linkwall functioning. Does anyone know if there is a known issue with
patching Bm 38 and a connection with Linkwall.
