I have one server (virtual) that is about a second fast per minute.

What I have
- 3 Servers (2 physical and 1 VM)
- VM server is on ESXi 3.5
- All servers on 6.5sp8

What I have tried:
- VMW Tools synctime on with timesync on
- VMW Tools synctime on with timesync off
- VMW Tools synctime on with xntpd on
- VMW Tools synctime on with xntpd off
- VMW Tools synctime off with timesync on
- VMW Tools synctime off with xntpd on
- I have made sure that in XServer - VMware Tools Properties - Other - "Time synchronization between the virtual machine and the host operating system" is checked.
- Played with different settings in timesync.
- Changed time source to different sources.
- Reset machine, VMWare, and Netware.
- DSREPAIR

I have had no luck with any of this. My time on the VM is still fast. My other two servers are just find. Our clients don't pull time from this server, but I am started to get time errors on objects at my Master Replica (which is not the problem VM server). We deployed this machine about 6 months ago and had no problems until now. Any one have any ideas?
