We are using GroupWise 8.0.2.

We have one user who when using webaccess sees an empty mailbox.
His mailbox contains plenty of mail, he can see the mail when using the full client but not when using webaccess.
If the user switches to another mailbox by proxying into another users email he sees all their mail without a problem.
I have performed a structural rebuild on the users email account but this has made no difference.
If I proxy into the users email I also see en empty mailbox, I just see "Loading....".
