OES2 SP2 - eDir 8.8 sp5
ZCM 10.3.0
Windows XP SP3 - with alle available updates.
Novell Client 4.91 SP5 for Windows (IR1) with latest NWGINA.DLL

We use a ZCM DLU policy to create the users on Windows XP. "Use user source credentials" is activated. "Manage existing user account" is checked and "Volatile user" is unchecked. The users become members of Administrators+. In the Novell client the setting "Unlock Workstation Credentials" is configured to "Windows credentials only". No local security policies has been configured on Windows XP. User creation works flawless.

But sometimes users are unable to unlock Windows after the screensaver has been activated. The pc has not been in standby/hibernated etc. The user is using the correct password. The pc can then either be brutally powered off or unlocked by using the local Administrator account. Both methods have the negative effect that the logged on user will loose any unsaved work.... After the pc has been restarted the user can logon again - with the same password the didn't work to unlock.

This happens randomly for our users. We have seen this with ZCM 10.2, 10.2.1, 10.2.2 and 10.3.0. We never had this issue with ZfD7 or ZfD4. So I think the problem is related to ZCM10.

Anyone ever seen this problem and found a solution?
