Groupwise client hangs on Windows XP SP3 desktop. The client displays the Novell Groupwise splash screen and stops. Windows Task Manager displays grpwise.exe at 50% CPU utilization

I can open the user's mailbox from another desktop; I cannot open any other user's mailbox from said XP desktop.

Repaired, removed and reinstalled the client with no change. Ran a GWCheck on the user's mailbox.

Recommendations are appreciated.
