We recently created a non NATed DMZ to place a web / FTP server in.
BorderManager is still the firewall / proxy protecting our internal network.
After moving the web / FTP server into the DMZ we began having display
problems on our internal network. The site is fairly simple and is
constructed with frames. When visiting the site with IE 6 a refresh will
sometimes display the page properly. When it does not it gives a message

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be
experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser
settings. . .

Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer

When visiting with another browser (Firefox or 2.0) some of the
frames display a message that reads:

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in
a few

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy,
make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

This problem will go away for a few days if the proxy is unloaded and
reloaded. What am I missing? The filter exceptions for web browsing should
make visiting this web server possible. The error message is not a
BorderManager message but appears to be a browser message. Has anyone seen
this and what can I do to fix it?
