Recently we upgraded Groupwise from 8.0.1 to 8.0.2 hp1 and BES to 4.1.7. It seems that ever since that users are reporting that email doesn't reach their devices until about 10-15 minutes later and they appear to come in batches (5 emails at once). Previously this was pretty much instant for delivery. We are using SOAP as the connection method to Groupwise.

Any thoughts on why this might be?
