So I'm trying to get my management team on board with mailbox size restrictions. Right now we have people that range anywhere from 800mb to 10gig mailboxes. I can't seem to find any actual novell documentation about why cleanup policies and keeping smaller mailbox sizes is beneficial. I seem to only see blurbs here and there about how backups take less time, moving users to new po's is easier, maintenance takes less time, etc. I was hoping someone could point me to some best practice type documents that would outline why having size limits in place is the way go. Is there a size limit documented anywhere that is a cut off point? Like greater than XX gig will start to see XXX problems with the account?
